My friend, Naomi, owns an awesome bakery in Ukranian Village called Tipsy Cake www.tipsycakechicago .com. You may have read about them in Daily Candy?! Everything they make is amazingly delicious, but I am partial to the vegan blondies. My mom loves their namesake, the TipsyCake. It’s spongecake with brandy, raspberry, and cream. Wow!
Naomi just sent me pictures of some cakes her decorator Anne did that look like actual sushi. How cute is that?!
